Default Click2Buy Cheque Requests

Ok so i took nearly 1kUS and cashed outta FT through click2buy.Once funds reached my account i requested a cheuqe be sent to my home address in the UK.I was expecting the cheque last week in the post but no show [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

Looks like im going to have to ring click2buy as it takes them best part of 2weeks to respond to emails just utter discracefull.

Does anyone know how long a cheque should take to reach you once reqested from this company?

Click2Pay? Not the fastest responses, no, but if you phone during business hours (M-F, 9-4 EuroTime) you'll probably get help you need.

I'm still waiting on an email reply from them... It's only been 2mo.... Don't use them waste of time.

I phoned them today.

Guy anwsered asked for my details then just hung up when i told them what was up.

Ok no im pissed rings back then they do same thing.

3rd time lucky?I ring again and this time im pissed but calmley explain my problem and the guy says it was because my house number was not on the details im like wtf your accounts suck.Anyways he was cool and helpfull and re-assured me that my money is safe as check ois made out to me and no1 else can cash but me.

Summary:

Click2 buy sucks i prob will not use them again and will defo not request checks again.
Wait untill end of next week if no check ring back and request moneys added back into my account and cancel the check.

Not bad probally spent about £7GBP/$14USD on the phonecall the as it was an International [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

Thumbs down for click2buy anyways.

if anyone uses them i wish you better service than what i had

Do you mean click2pay? Don't know why you would use them in the first place if you live in Britain. You probably have the most deposit and withdrawal options of any country. I would love to have British citizenship!

Yes Click2Pay.

After the whole netteller debarcle i didn't wanna be caught up in there company if the whole thing got shut down.

I choose click2pay on FTP because other than Netteller that sounded like the only othere easy option [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
