I think you'll regret it for a long time if you play it that way. Enjoy the experience and go for the $8m!

I'm sure I'll be fine once the cards are in the air. That being said, if I bust out tomorrow out of the money, after all the stress I have been through this week, I may go jump off the Stratosphere tower afterwards.

Seriously though, how long do you guys think it will take to reach the money?

[/ QUOTE ]

three hours of play probably - maybe four.

Go out and get aggressive. It is so incorrect to start folding to the money. And bear in mind that most 2 + 2ers (and decent players in general) that have got this far will be licking their lips at guys with your mentallity - and will be raping and pillaging your stack.

Better to go out before the bubble trying to win the tournament than limping into the money and realising that you have left yourself with little or no chance of winning.

Padraig Parkinson Eliminated

Padraig Parkinson? Isn't that a character in the Harry Potter books? Huffelpuff, right?

Saw this rather late:

It's Pansy Parkinson and she's in Slytherin. She's Draco Malfoys girlfriend (sort of)

181k. Thanks for the support guys. Today was boring as hell. I was so card dead, and I was also at a table with a ton of huge stacks spashing around. Add to that a really good big stack who was raising tons was on my right, and Amnon Filippi? was on my left, I didn't really get a chance to play a lot of pots. In fact, the most I ever put into the pot was at most 40k.

Also that 400k pot with the donk of our table calling off most his chips with top pair no kicker and spiking two pair on the river after he was all in was unreal. I'm surprised nobody talked about that.

[/ QUOTE ]

Bump to tell you guys that this was Robert Nehoryan(?) the current chip leader with over a million. I don't know if its been posted about but with like a half hour left before the dinner break a guy gave him 340k in chips but going all in preflop with TT when Robert had AA. SICK!
