Efficient Market Hypothesis

Hi,

I'm writing 5000 words on "In the light of current evidence critically examine the efficient market hypothesis"... by current evidence, it means at least 2005/2006. Most of the papers I have been able to find seem to stop in 2002.

If anybody knows of any valid arguments, studies available please point me in the right direction!

Also, if anybody has any particular views, please let me know!

Google Scholar for "efficient market hypothesis", click on "Recent articles", change filter to since 2006 or since 2005. Hundreds and hundreds of results.

When the second richest man in the world says the Efficient Market Hypothesis is a lot of baloney, I think you gotta respect his views.

You should do some research on Warren Buffett quotes about the theory and it's shortcomings.
