Default getting fried food smell out of the kitchen

How do you get the smell of fried food out of the kitchen? I've been making some dank grilled cheeses lately and the smell is staying too long.

Open a window and turn on the fan.

Also, clean your cookware thoroughly.

If you guys dont put a thick thing of butter in the pan, and fry your sandwhich up in that, you are missing out.
