They have an entire department still working on it. Please allow them some time to put together the next VIP offer.
The entire department hopes they can finally get something together for you within the next few days. They've been hard at work on this for the past several weeks and they believe they have nearly completed the construction of this next offer. We apologize for the delay. We also apologize for lying to you through all of July that there would actually be another VIP offer and then feeding you a similar lie for the first week of August. Please feel free to ask us again about the lack of VIP offers so that we can make up yet more lies for you as such creativity is something we feel is good for us. Fired off an angry letter today about their lies, and got this:
-- We can understand your concern regarding the VIP Bonus offers. I can only assure you that you will receive a Bonus offer in August, at this moment in time I cannot tell you what the Bonus will be. I also cannot tell you when you will receive the offer. Please be patient as this can take some time. After reviewing your account I have credited $100 bonus to your account as a good will gesture. |

Assuming they are really trying to come up with something cool, I would think it'd be a nice way to appease everyone for the time being. |

They have a whole department working on a way to get their best customers to play the largest amount of poker for the least amount of money and bonuses given back to those customers. Unfortunately, Party grossly underestimates the amount of extra rake that would be generated by providing generous vip offers to their best customers. By not providing regular worthwhile offers, they have lost hundreds of customers that generate rake of > $5,000/month. Perhaps by giving these customers a measely $500/month they may have kept them. Unfortunately, Party does not seem to see the value they are losing. It is a good thing that many other poker sites do see this value.

I sent an email and got a 'while I cannot tell you when it is coming out I can say the marketing department has assured us there will be an offer for August, here is a 20% up to 100$ reload offer that I hope will help ease the wait, this can be cleared at 5x raked hands, ENJOY!!'
