Default What to do with the donk bets? NL10

This hand happened.

BB: $5.25
UTG: $4.75

CO: $11.05
Hero (BTN): $11.90

Pre-Flop: A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BTN)
UTG calls $0.10, MP folds, CO calls $0.10, <font color="red">Hero raises to $0.60</font>, 3 folds, CO calls $0.50

Flop: ($1.45) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">CO bets $0.30</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $1.70</font>, CO calls $1.40

Turn: ($4.85) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">CO bets $0.30</font>, Hero calls $0.30

River: ($5.45) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">CO bets $2</font>, Hero folds

Results: $5.45 Pot ($0.25 Rake)
CO mucked and WON $5.20 (+$2.60 NET)

So what do you do here? Villain (same villain from previous hand) is loose-passive. Also, ignore pre-flop. I understand my mistake there.

I think you play is fine in hand 1

2: there's nothing wrong with a KT iso-raise, and I would raise the turn.

1. I hate that I think Id play it the same way.

2. I see him having A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]x here quite often raise enough to make give him bad odds on his FD and fold to a reraise.
