Firing a psb on the turn and river won't get it all in unless he is raising you. The only way he is raising you is if he has a J or an A so it won't matter if you bet the flop anyway. If you bet the flop/turn/river you might be able to get him pot stuck. Also if he has hearts he is calling the flop bet and probably a turn bet. Checking behind on the flop your missing value from the flush and your letting him see the river cheaper. Still think you should bet.
