Default QQ facing overbet push on flush board NL5

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (6 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Hero ($9.98)
Button ($6)
SB ($6.01)
BB ($21.07)
UTG ($6.17)
MP ($0.42)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.05, 1 fold, Hero raises to $0.25, 2 folds, BB calls $0.20, UTG calls $0.20.

Flop: ($0.77) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets $0.65, BB folds, UTG calls $0.65.

Turn: ($2.07) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG bets $5.27 (All-In), Hero ?

I just sat down and my note says that he is LP, C-bets for full pot.

IDK about this one. This looks like a fold at first but I've seen people do this kind of stuff with TP or Ace-high flush draw...as well as a made hand.

How many times is my QQ good here do you think?

His line looks like a set of 5s, with a 5x5h perhaps because he called flop. He limped preflop and called a raise so it look like a good possibility.

The 4x PSB overbet on turn is probably him being scared of a river heart. Guess fold is best and keep an eye on him for any more overbets in future.

I fold here, without a better read in a vacuum. At the table i probably call with an over pair and probably the best flush draw.

If you call here how many hands to you expect him to show down that you beat? List those compared to the ones that he'll show down that have you beat.
