Whats the best way to fund a Red Nines account,which is part of the Prima/Microgaming network for a US customer?

Looks like if u cant use ur mastercard/visa then u dont have any other options.Anyone from US playing there??

Ecocard works for other prima skins; don't know about RedNines specifically.

How about person-to-person transfer? Eurolinx allows it; I imagine it works with all skins on prima.
