Default Someone Explain this Hand

Seat 1: dattmuli (1260 in chips)
Seat 2: XXXXXXX (1740 in chips)
XXXXXXX: posts small blind 25
dattmuli: posts big blind 50

By far one of the weirdest opponents I ever played which explains the limp.

Wow, I just played and posted a hand similar to this, and I thought you were my opponent. Very weird.

anyways...

Your opponent's play was weird (given the flop), but I think he thought you missed and that he was extracting.

While I think the villain would've played it very well if the flop hadn't been monotone, doesn't the fact that the flop is all clubs mean we want to raise a top pair hand. I'd hate to be in villain's spot if a club fell on the turn. Or am I thinking about this incorrectly?

Villain limps, hero probably isn't raising super light so he can limp a lot. Hero minraises and villain obviously calls (I'd call ATC there). Now it depends what he has on the flop, but peeling the flop and basically shoving the turn is going to be the perfect play with a lot of hands depending on how hero plays and what kind of reads villain has on hero.

Even if villain is bluffing or something, I can't say villain played the hand any worse than hero did.
