Default NL10 FR 2 Pair on the River

Unknown guy. I would like to hear some advice on this hand. Is the fold at river too weak ?

Ahhh, I hate these situations.

Remember one little thing:

How to play BIG over bets (in this case 3x the pot) is EXCEEDINGLY READ DEPENDENT. You have to have seen the guy do it before to start risking your entire stack. He check/called, check/called, ALL-IN OVERBET?

As played, good solid fold I think. For now, but keep a close on this guy and find out later what it means.

I had a situation like this against a tight/solid 2+2er in .5/1. I had noticed this guy loved to overbet flops and turns with big overpairs, sets, and nut draws. That was in his player notes. I picked up KQs in the BB against one of his 3.5xBB PF raises, flopped a flush draw...check called the flop...and stacked him when I hit my flush on the turn against AA with one of my suit. (I led out for like 1/4 the pot, and he shoved for more than 2x the pot!) !!!!!!

I mean, I had a gigantic hand, so obviously it's an easy call. But your situation is a lot different. You have a weakish hand that's just under the bubble I think you can call here with. I think you can call with 555 or better. Remember: 3x the pot on the river = you need a read.

Still playing and he made this move really often in like 50 Hands. I think it was a call there. Saw him pushing on the river with busted draws and toppair good kicker. typical donk.

had him on a fd in this hand and wanted him to make bad calls.

well i made notes and chasing him right now ^^.

thanks for the good advice.
