You'll get a wider variety of players, and more tables to choose from at the Borgata. Still you will see many regulars. When I occasionally visit Taj, I see many who I know from the Borg.
I agree that the wait for a seat @ Taj is a drag. Yeah, the fish are aplenty, but the Borg is not much different and so much nicer.
Of those you mention, Sang is a regular at both, but I see him mostly at the Borg 20.
If you want room offers, get a girlfriend who plays slots.

Here's a question: What makes more money, a 1/2 NL table or 5/10. The rake is the same 10%/$4 cap, but since limit almost always goes to the river and I would think it makes more money than a 1/2 NL game. I ask this because the floor is always reluctant to open a new 5/10 game in favor of a 1/2 nl...

This is because they have no problem keeping 1/2NL games filled, but even if they get enough people to open a 2nd 5/10 limit game, it seldom stays filled and breaks soon after.

excellent point! it makes plenty of sense, as sometimes it's hard to fill the 5/10 game but i believe that's also because the waitlist management is so poor.
