Default Preflop spot against regular

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 3 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $136.45
BB: $12.78
Hero (BTN): $73.72

Reads: <font color="blue">Villain is a multi tabler.

I have him running 14.5/11.4/2.6 over 352 hands.

I'm pretty sure he sees me as a very active player.

I have been sitting at this table for a couple of hands only, but raising a fair lot. My stack comes from stacking a shortstack fish and his KJ by potting all streets with QJ on a QJxxx board. Other than that, not showed down anything.</font>

Preflop: Hero is dealt 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 Players)
<font color="red">Hero raises to $2.00</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $6.00</font>, BB folds, Hero calls $4.00

Flop: ($12.50) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $8.00</font>, Hero folds

Pot Size: $20.50

Is it OK to call for set value here given stacks? I keep thinking he might be 3betting me light, in which case setmining is -EV.
