anyone ever played this $200 sunday tourney at the winstar in oklahoma? maybe someone could give a little info about the play/structure/registration/whatever else if possible?

I have played a couple of these. The fields are typical of middle buy-in events - mostly good players, tightish, but some bad players and crazy players.

The structure is 3000 starting chips, 30 minute levels and blinds start at 25-25.

All tournaments at WinStar have less than great structures. The same goes for most of the player's abilities.
