from cake support yesterday:

Thank you for your email. Checks under $2,500 currently have delivery times
of between 10-14 business days. As we must use an alternate third party
check processor for checks over $2,500, these checks usually take between
20-25 business days to be delivered. These extended delivery times are a
direct result of recent US legislation that has put additional strain on the
remaining US check processors.

Unfortunately we do not offer wire transfers as an option to cashout.

Also I asked another HSNL'r about this. He said his checks usually take about 1 month. So it's not THAT bad I guess.

Also, big games have been pretty good there lately.

Just to make sure it gets seen in this thread also: I did a large xfer with Deathdonkey yesterday and it went great. Also, a smaller one with Shat4brains went well too.
