Ick, really BZ? I feel like no pair will ever fold and another ace high will only sometimes and its 3 ways, seems like a spew considering you could be drawing dead and you will call a turn 3 bet anyway.

i feel like 3 ways given how i play, patrik would fold A high when i do this. you'd be surprised how many ppl fold on double paired boards cuz they're like "no way can he be bluffing into 2 ppl!"

well, it's an interesting situation, because some people will call with A high/any pair here, and others will instamuck those. so if we arent sure how our opponent plays, we can checkraise here partially for fold equity and partially because if he's ahead with pair/A high then we have a bunch of outs to improve (between 9 and 15, also 4 outs to split usually.) he needs to fold a very small % of the time for this to be a profitable c/r IMO.

also if he 3bets we're drawing dead. why would we call the turn then?

also make sure you don't get caught doing this too much with whatever you have (a high, pairs etc) because if your opponent starts playing this correctly against you with full houses, then it starts becoming really -EV

If I have a J here I just call the turn and pound the river because you are OOP and will have to bet the river if you wanna win that POT... I think it's a pretty gross play 3 handed. It might work from time to time but at 200/400 I bet you don't have as many fold as you are hoping for...
