Padma or Casey?

If you look up "high maintenance" in the dictionary there's a picture of Padma.

I truly believe she is in the final four because of her looks and because the producers want to keep her around for the male audience.

[/ QUOTE ]

If that were the case, imo, she wouldn't have won as many challenges as she has. She'd be more in Dale's position. If you hear the judges and the people she's serving, they actually do seem to like how she cooks.

Seriously, read the blogs. People love her food.

Can you go back and find one ep where she should have been booted?

Also, I'm not sure that bravo's male audience is typically that interested in pretty girls.

[/ QUOTE ]

There was the episode where she was paired with Howie and the other big italian guy where they did a Tuna trio and she had immunity. She would have been booted there without immunity.

[/ QUOTE ]

Big whoop.

Compare that to how she's done everything else...

Sure, but that doesn't support the "they're only keeping her around 'cause she's hawt" theory, since they had to keep her.

The person who gets sent home each week is not always the worst chef as judging is done by both the panel and producers. Why do you think Howie stayed around for so long?

Howie was 9/10 of the drama of the whole season. Plus, he hadn't quite gotten around to pork ice cream yet, and we were all waiting to see how that would go down.

Camille + Padma >> Casey, Casey is a little wide and her face is nothing special really.

Also agree with bernie that Hung is becoming a lot more likeable, in the beginning he came across as a douche but now I find myself rooting for him.

Collichio has gone on the record many times saying that the final decision is in the judges' hands (no producer influence) and I would say that this season's results corroborate this.

I loved how Hung came out firing this week with the extra half hour he had and basically said he was going to show everyone else that they suck so bad compared to his genius.

Take it down Hung!!! Anti-heroes ftw.
