Default 10NL - TPTK in small pot facing river overbet

Only a couple orbits into this table, so I don't have much in the way of reads. He's played about half his hands, and limped most of those.

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.05/$0.10 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $8.55
BB: $6.45
UTG: $19.95
CO: $13.15
Hero (BTN): $9.85

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 Players)
UTG calls $0.10, CO folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $0.50</font>, 2 folds, UTG calls $0.40

Flop: ($1.15) 7 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
UTG checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $0.60</font>, UTG calls $0.60

Turn: ($2.35) 9 (2 Players)
UTG checks, Hero checks

River: ($2.35) A (2 Players)
<font color="red">UTG bets $3.60</font>

What's a guy to do here?

Why do you think I should double barrel this turn?

Are you implying that I should be shoving this river over his bet?

Turn: If you would bet the flop, why not bet this turn? are you afraid of a straight?
River: based on that, why wouldn't you shoot on a river that just made you stronger? (if he only called your turn bet)

As played I would fold. You say he's limped in with about half his hands, he's got a wide range here.
