Just got to 3 handed, villain has not been raising that much but he just got the big stack 2 hands ago. My thoughts were push this because:

a) His raising range is probably pretty wide here
b) I have some fe
C) I only have 12 bbs

First hand - I think this is absolutely fine, I'm not folding AJo in that situation.

Second hand - ugh that is a tough spot, but I think I'd call. This donk will give away his chips to somebody, might as well be you. Plus, most donks won't massively overbet shove preflop with AA and KK and I think there are enough hands in his range that you are ahead of to make calling here +EV.

first one is good, you can do it with 99+ even. second one might be a fold since you could be racing a lot and be 60/40 quite a bit too.
