NL $20:Trips on turn VS All-in from a drunk.
.1/.2 6-handed home game.
I`ve got $35 villain has $20. Folded to me in the CO raise to $1 with K8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Villain calls OTB, SB calls BB calls (pot:$4) Flop:2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] SB, BB check, I bet $3, villain calls, SB, BB fold Pot:$10 Turn:8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] I bet $7,50 villain goes All-in for $8,50 more. Villain is playing extremely LAG and a huge bluffer, I have played with him before and he is capable of playing a pretty solid game but he had been drinking a lot and was losing pretty bad because he was playing allmost every hand, he had rebought 3 times allready and it didn`t look like he was gonna slow down. Also how would you play this against a normal(non-drunk)player? TIA |

Re: NL $20:Trips on turn VS All-in from a drunk.
Against an extremely LAG and huge bluffer who is drunk... insta-call.
Against a normal player.. simple math, and your gut feeling. The pot is 10 + 7.50 + (7.50 + 8.50) = 33.50. You have to call 8.50.. about 4-1. Even if he has the flush, You have 10 outs for a boat or quads. Call. |

correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe he only has 4 outs to a boat, 3 kings and 1 eight. but if he's LAGgy and drunk, it's a call i think.

Thanks a lot guys, off course I called him and he had the flush (Q3?) but lucky for me a 7 hits the river and this drunk keeps whining all night and telling me how bad I am!
