I think your behind most of the time, because if he c/c's the flop he probably thinks his hand has some showdown value (TT+) and when the king hits on the turn he still shoves river (you could easily have a wiffed AK) - I think this is AA most of the time

He has AK more often than AA in this spot, but both hands beat you. I can't imagine him pushing a hand you beat (although a nutso JJ/TT could know that you don't have AA/AK by your turn check and force the fold...although, it's a huge bet to make a point against an unknown at that point). In any case, yes, it's a fold. I bet a few bucks more on the flop.
