Possible, the thing has been in development for 5 years. XP wasn't much of a looker out of the box because MS didn't care about looks other than changing your wallpaper and some colors on windows. Linux had some easily skinned window managers and Apple brought out OS X and MS realized that sizzle will sell in OSes. It will be interesting to see what skin and theme makers do when they get their crap together for Vista.
