Default New Computer Specs. Your Thoughts?

I looking to buy a new Computer and would like your thoughts. This computer will be used strictly for poker, PT and Pahud. The only surfing will be for sites with sensitive passwords. My current computer will be used for everything else.

Here is what I got. It is going to run about $650-$700.

I still need to upgrade the Video Card to one with duel output.

This should more then adequate for my needs. Correct?

Can I find a better deal?

Edit: Any reason to go with XP instead of Vista? Not even sure if Dell is still offering XP.`

There is no reason to go with a prefabbed desktop. When it comes to desktops, it is better to build your own system. Your system is strictly vanilla and will get you by for your purposes.

But go with an Intel Core2Duo based system. It outperforms the AMD platform and draws less power. Might want to hold out until July 22, 07. Prices on Intel CPU's are expected to drop at that time.
