Default PokerStars: More than 12 cash game tables at once, possible?

Does anyone have this ability? I sent PokerStars an email asking if they could remove the 12 cash game table at-one-time limit for my account. The request was flatly denied. They stated it wasn't allowed at the site(in general).

Anyone out there able to play more than 12 cash games at a time? If so, should I keep insisting? Or is this a doomed cause?

EDIT: Just in case someone says "it should be possible because you can play as many SnG's as you want" I am aware of this. I met RainKhan and have witnessed him at over 20 tables. I want to know for sure if someone is able to do it at the cash games.

Darn. I was hoping for 16. I believe I can handle that. 12 really is a breeze. Looks like i will have to do a split with FTP and Stars.

Looks like it is high time to get creative with the custom table layouts!

i heard an explanation that they allow unlimited tournaments because it was too hard to figure out a programming solution to register for future tournaments and keeping them under the limit.

Hello xxx

It is currently not possible to allow you (or any player) to play more than
12 cash tables at PokerStars. I apologize for the inconvenience. I have
forwarded your email to our development team so that they can consider
perhaps allowing more in the future.

The reasons for not allowing it at this time are partially technical. It is
more difficult for us to limit the number of tables a tournament player can
play, due to the registration process - this is why they can currently play
an unlimited number of tournaments

i'm gonna have to call BS on it difficult to implement because it's too technical. while i have no idea how their system is designed, i don't see why it would be hard to implement a "error: you can not register in more than 12 tournaments".

sure it's still possible to have more than 12 tables running, but eventually, since there's a cap for registering in upcoming tournies, the number of tables you can concurrently play at will converge to around 12.
