Default WSEX skin?

I just read in the pokertracker forums that

www.hilosplit.com is a skin of wsex.

WSEX has skins? Skins that charge rake and push for fish. While WSEX gives us 100% rake free.

Am I overlooking something? Is something odd about this system?

Does wsex plan to stay rakefree or is it a drive to increase player base and then switch back? Has anyone contacted WSEX to ask these questions? Just sounds too good to be true.

There is no way this whole rake-free thing is going to be permanent. None. You can quote me. It will stay this way for a few months, and then will charge again.

I would love to take advantage now, but there are way too many credible concerns on these boards for me to put my money there now.

Having a skin would explain why the software needs to take rake then give 100% back instead of not taking it at all. THere was a discussion in another thread as to why this might be.

there was a live-chat posted in A/r or one of the other forums and the C/S rep said the rake-free promotion was going to be for a year at least and then they would decide then whether to continue it or not.

whether this C/S rep just made that up or if that is their real plan is anybody's guess.

FYP

BTW, I am offering even money to anyone who wants to bet that WSEX will still be rake-free in 6-12 months. Get it while it's hot.

I disagree with the FYP.

They would be more vague if they planned to end it at some time.

We don't plan to end this promotion. Or something like that.

They wouldn't tell us they are giving it a 1 year trial.

I don't know why people would get discouraged if it would not be permanent.
Anyone who worked with sales should know that you not less likely to get a customer by saying that something is for a limited period only.
It rather the opposite and people will discard any hesitation to take advantage of the offer while it's still on.

If it indeed was their intention to do this as a limited period offer I think they would be smart enough to promote it as one.
So I do believe them when they say they trying it out for a period to see how it goes.
