It's not much more to call and it's micro stakes, but I have a feeling that I'm beat. Is betting here -EV bc I'll only get called/raised by hands that beat me, or can I squeeze some value out of marginal hands?

I'd call too and my feeling is that you're beat as well but I don't mind the river bet. You'd probably get called down by any pair. The only people that can put you to a hard decision by raising with their chip stacks are BB and maybe SB and I don't think that they would be able to resist betting on the river if they made a hand with all the checking. If anything I think that the river bet might appear as a bluff and get called down with some pretty weak hands.
