The other responses are pretty accurate. There is definitely a difference but it can't help you very much.

I believe their is only a small differance and disagree with the link provided. If I took 14 cards at random (7 hands) I could in all likelyhood assemble at least 2 or 3 good hands or 7 bad ones. The amount of goood hands therefore doesn't say a lot about the composition of those 14 cards. For instance with the same 14 cards there could be 4 A-rags and 3 K rags (7 folds) or 2 pocket aces 1 pocket K and 4 pocket pairs (monster pot).
