Home theater question: Need 2 HD inputs but only have one

I currently have a rather old Mitsubishi HDTV with only one HD AV input which currently is good enough for my hd dvr cable box, the problem is that i have a 360 elite coming in the mail and i will basically need a 2nd input, is there some sort of adapter that could turn one hd input into 2?
