Looks like some serious nuthugging fanboy gone overboard. H@ll is a formidible player but from everything I've seen he's alwyas been very prone to making loose calls pf vs short & mid stacks, frankly I'm amazed the short stackers don't swarm to his & twin-caracs' tables on stars even though they can't rathole there.

Hall is a very tough player. He also invests WAAAAAY too much money preflop with all sorts of holdings. Basically, he's got a huge preflop leak and hemorrhages EV making speculative calls.

And he knows you have to hit the flop to call into the dry sidepot and since his hand is so concealed, he can rape the games.
