Default CasinoCashUnlimited = Shady

My experience:

I signed up with CCU three days ago and did the star- and planetluck offers. I cleared all my cookies and temp files and completed the requirements as specified on the site. It clearly stated on the offer that it “will be credited within 24 hours” of completing the requirements.

After 48 hours I contact CCU about this and he basically just told me to “wait a few more days”. He offered no assurances, gave me no information on why or what was going on, and made me feel like it was very likely I would not get the credits at all. When confronted about the statement of “within 24 hours” on his site, he tried to argue with me about how I should understand that he obviously means this is a general guideline and in no way really means within 24 hours. I have read through the forums and see that some other people have had similar problems and some have been refused credits outright.

I am posting this because I want people to know what to expect when signing up with a site like this. At this time, I am at best, very skeptical about this site and situation and would advise people to stay away from it. I hope I am wrong and have to post an apology, but I have dealt with people who do business like this before and exactly none of them have been legitimate.

while this CCU site might be shady (ive never dealt with them), you shouldnt put out a blanket statement that sites like this (affiliate-type "gift offering" sites) arent typically trustworthy.

ive done several offers from boogster (circa 25) and have had exactly zero problems with them. they are fast and trustworthy. also, ive heard a million good things about poker source online (never dealt with them however).

my feelings on these types of sites are that, whenever possible, deal with the big names (boogster, PSO, etc) - i think most of the time they will have offers for the sites that many of you are doing thru the smaller affiliate sites.

My statement has nothing to do with all kickback sites; simply people who do not backup documentation on their website and then act in an unprofessional manner and try to make excuses for everything without any effort towards resolution.

I have had nothing but good experiences so far with boogster/PSO.

You're joining what is becoming a long list of people who have been screwed and/or treated poorly by CCU.

I'd also like to add that a site like PSO(never did Boogster) are excellent if there's a problem; their motto really does seem to be to keep the customer happy. With CCU, their motto seems to be to screw the customer over whenever possible. "oh we cant do manual credits, so even though you followed the instructions and everything, you won't get paid for these casinos! " and the whole "You dont get paid till I do" crap.

I have had nothing but good experiences with CCU. Although I had to wait to get credited, I did in the long run. As I stated in a earlier post, it doesn't matter how long it takes to be credited, you won't get paid unti October 20th.

I think it is weak of you to come on here posting about your 'experience' and recommend that people go elsewhere. Three days is nothing in the world of kickback sites. With very few exceptions, my Gamesgifts credits have taken at least that long. I have had PSO credits denied because of 'cookie' issues eventhough I go through the whole clear cookie process before signing up with ANY site. Even with all of this CCU is the only site that gets continually bashed be it by a few posters who have an agenda, or by the knee-jerk reaction types like yourself who have waited an excruciating long three days without getting your credit posted. I would only hope that you have a different user name on CCU than you do here. If I were FON, I would be denying your credits on principle at this point.

I did the Starluck signup with the intention of doing others if all went well at CCU.

I completed i last week and it is now "pending" and everything has gone to plan so far - I just need to wait a full month to get paid.

I think a lot of people will/will not be getting paid this month on the 20th, so I'll see how that goes in the other thread on this board before I do any more casinos.

I think one problem with CCU is the website which has the absolute minimum of information. There's no address or even an email to write to. It is ran by a lone young guy (21, I think). All these things together make the customer a little uneasy.

He reads and actively takes part in these forum discussions, so I *hope* everything goes well.

I would also like to reiterate that I was paid on the 15th this month, 5 days earlier FON site claimed I would.

I got paid the 15th also

it says on the site that you won't be paid until the following month, and I think that's fair for an affiliate. he offers a lot of great deal (planetluck and starluck namely, find another site that offers these).

no one has been screwed until they aren't paid the month after they signed up. credited/not credited, who gives a sh!t. is it really that big of a deal that you're not confirmed within 24 hours? If you did it legit, you'll get paid.

I feel bad for this guy that there's ppl runing around here ruining his name when he hasn't NOT paid anyone yet

STFU about the crediting already, you'll get paid

I think part of the reason CCU gets bashed is because the guy signed up here with this name of "FreeOffersNow" and started posting(read spamming) about his website to the group. I will say, he has taken a lot of heat, and has seemed to try to solve some of the problems. I doubt I would have put up with as much riding as he has in this forum if I were in his situation.

Personally, I like boogster. I've done quite a few offers through them and those guys are REALLY customer oriented. However, I'm throwing some business FON's way, and we'll see how he does. Like you say, three days is nothing for approvals(yes, he shouldn't say 24 hours if it's not likely to happen).
