I finally responded with cursing and internet forum threats. I'm tired of being a nice guy. I also enquired as to the whereabouts of Brent Beckley who owes me that $200 dinner comp that I was promised. Canned cheese below:

Well of course you have not been paid yet. They are trying to figure out to manufacture seif's hand histories to make it look like he wasn't cheating against you, yet still fool the auditors into thinking those were legit hands. Im sure it involves all sort of back door database manipulation and someone with reasonable poker sense (not mark seif) to come up with reasonable hole cards to input for him into that session where he cheated you.

From what I can tell AP owes me $8,300 from losses to Steamroller in hu games. I find it very interesting that I'm the only one that hasn't been paid a single penny, given all the controversy related to the incident from Feb 06.

I'm starting to get really pissed off. Very close to starting a new thread on this. I sent them a VIP email requesting my 3K for my 200k points as well as asking them wtf re: the money they owe me and they sent me an email back saying "here is your 3k, if you have any further inqueries don't hesitate to ask" to which I replied "uhh how about don't ignore half my email and answer wtf is up with the money you owe me"

They replied with "you're email has been forwarded" to which i recieved a form letter informing me that all players have been paid for the cheating...1.6 million when only 800k was lost. Ummm I haven't been paid!

Nice form letter.

Give me back the money that was stolen from me.
