running good helped in this video, but as I said I became more aware that poker is a thinking man's game, and not a videogame. i'm also happy to know that the biggest thing i personally motivated myself to do - being directly responsible personally for my results - was stressed hard by aba. =)

every hand i play i look for situational things that help me play the hand better. u will notice i reraise and isolate a lot of ppl with marginal holdings, and specifically i remember my KQ on AxxA board was a hand representative of that.

Serious question, when you run bad, how bad do you run? Like average bi lost in a bad session? I would imagine the number is like lots. And lots.

that sounds like a processor or graphic card problem. try installing the newest drivers for your graphic card. if the processor is too slow there isn't much you can do except buying new hardware.

i just did a quick test with camstudio. with an AMD athlon 64 3000+ processor i am able to capture fullscreen video (1600x1200 pixels) at 4 frames per second (wich i think is ok for poker videos) and directly encode to xvid. filesize is about 1.5 MB per minute with good quality - not extremely small due to the insane video resolution (1600x1200).
