Default How do I use flopturnriver hand history convertor

I am trying to convert a hand from pokertracker using the flopturnriver convertor. I am only coming up with the following :

PokerStars ( handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Final Pot:

Results in white below: [color=#FFFFFF]
No showdown. </font>

Can someone see what I am doing wrong? Is there something I am missing?

Works fine when I tested it directly from a hand from PT. Maybe you can post the original hand history here so that the problem can be diagnosed more easily?

Yeah, this hand history doesn't work but when I change the line "PokerStars Game #8923703128: Holdem No Limit" to
"POKERSTARS GAME #8923703128: HOLD'EM NO LIMIT" (similar to the formatting in PT database), it works.

It does this sometimes if you use the original hh instead of the one from PT

Are you selecting 2+2 in the "Format" drop-down menu?
