If they had a (restaurant/fast food) in my town, it\'d make $$$.
Inspired by another thread which mentioned that if Giordano's pizza (a Chicago classic) was on the East Coast, they'd make ridiculous money, I thought I'd pose the question of what restaurants or fast food places need to expand beyond their current locations and are passing up major cash by not doing so.
I think In & Out is the obvious answer for me. My brother-in-law lives in Utah and he seriously loves everything about it except for the absence of In & Out in Utah. Even where you find In & Out's, there needs to be more of them because they are constantly busy. Maybe this is part of their business plan, but it seems like there is easy money in their expansion, but it hasn't happened for some reason. What other places should be expanding?

man, I was in flordia a couple years ago, and driving around with some friends in the middle of hte night, and couldn't find ANYTHING to eat, I think a 24 hour sheetz would rock there, at least at that time.
