Has anyone had success with telephone dating services?

Hey guys,

Just wanted to know if any of you have found romance or true love over these telephone date line services. The reason I ask is because I'm pretty lonely and I yearn for the touch of a good woman.

I've been watching a lot of late night TV lately (because I don't have friends with whom to go out) and all I see are ads from telephone dating services such as "live links", "tango personals" and the like. It seems to me that all the women who use these services are extremely voluptuous and attractive because the women on these tv ads are extremely hot and they say that they always find a "good time" and "connections" on these phone services. Is this true?

Honestly, I think this is my best shot. Internet dating is out because you have to post a pic on the internet and I'm extremely unattractive. I think that I can somehow downplay my poor looks on these phone services because they can't see me.

Anyone have any stories to share?
