Default KK in reraised pot, me and villain 200bb deep

Villain is 24/15 or around there, probably a winner at 100NL but seems to be a donk. Everytime Ive 3bet him, he doesnt flop pre to me, and in position will bet on the turn when I check to him. This is the first time I have 3bet him pre when I am not CO or BTN. I thought about pushing the turn but that would give him 3-1 for a call. Possible fold, but I thought a call here would be best.

If villain has AK/AQ here, is his 2nd barrell standard or a spew in a deep pot as this?

I call here and check the river, I think. I'd fold to a triple barrel.

it will be like 100 into a 300+ pot. I dunno if I can fold for that much, but I suppose he isn't going to bluff with that little either. I think you decide on the turn.

Wrong.. he has tag stats but does donkey stuff. We cant always fold to a TAG's dbl barrell when we have KK, in position, with deep stacks can we?

Back to question two.. If he has AQ, then this is a terrible spew imo. What about AK?
