Default brag: gfs dad thinks play money is real money

so I luckboxed my way into winning like 600 dollars in an MTT, and my girlfriend mentioned something about it to her parents.

her dad looked at me knowingly, as if he and i were in the same boat, and then later, when his wife wasn't around, confided in me that he had "won 5,000 dollars the other night."

even though i was 100% sure it was impossible, i was interested in what he was talking about. luckily, he decided to "show me his winnings" by logging onto pogo.com (dont know if anyone has heard of it... i hadn't) and firing up a "high stakes" table.

"see," he said, motioning towards the 250k stack of play money he had. he then started to show me "how to really play this game," and when i suggested he consider position in some of his moves he a) had no idea what i meant by position and b) completely disregarded it

beat: during his play he called a guy down for like 125k with 37 on a AKT39 board

variance: he won the hand
