Default flush draws in 2-7

playing 2-7 tripledraw, it's clear what to do with a 4flush - you have less outs than usual, decide appropriately. Does a 3-flush affect your play at all?

Not really. A draw that starts out with 3 suited cards will make a flush less than 1/16th of the time the unsuited version would make a hand. (Less because you will sometimes pair a suited card and break the flush.)
