Default Is the LSAC\'s support good?

I have a problem with my Law School Admission Council profile. For some reason in my profile and my academic summary report, its says that I goto Rutgers University College. University College is a school at Rutgers University where older people go. I goto Rutgers College of Rutgers University which is different. If i call their support tomorrow, will they easily make this adjustment (theyll have to redo my academic summary)?

Does anyone have experience with their support department?

Do you have other options?

I think he is considering doing nothing as an option so he won't risk resubmitting his academic summary. I don't see why you would have to resubmit it, assuming it was sent in from the correct school.

Rutgers sounds like they suck at naming things.

my transcript says "Rutgers College" so I am hoping that if i call their support that they can some how bring up my transcript and realize this and make the modifications. I just want to know if theyre known to have helpful support

I didn't have any problems, so I never had to deal with the customer support, but I'd call first thing tomorrow. They're probably busy, but this should be a big deal.

In all likelihood, do you think this will be a complicated process or simply one phone call and it's fixed?

They maintain your transcript on file, just tell them to look at it. They'll pull your file, check it out, fix it.

Have you talked to anyone else at your school applying to law school to see what their LSAC stuff comes up as?

yeah i confirmed with my girlfriend and hers said "rutgers the state university of nj - rutgers college"

I hope you are right that they will just pull it up and fix it. I would really hate to have to send them documentation since I want to get my applications in right after Thanksgiving.

I look forward to some poor person being on the receiving end of this phone call: "its says that I goto Rutgers University College. University College is a school at Rutgers University where older people go. I goto Rutgers College of Rutgers University which is different."

this is law school. they probably have people complaining that their transcript GPA is a 3.534 and their LSAC gpa is a 3.533. Or people calling up because they double majored in Econ and Math and LSAC lists Math and Econ.

that being said, OP will fit in well at law school.

op, are you and your gf going to try and go to the same law school? cause that would be cute.
