Is Madden 08 worth buying? I'm kinda sick of shooters til I get my router from home.. and I have a coupon for 10% off a game (expires tonight), kinda wanna go get Madden or some racing game, but most of the racing games look [censored]. Any ideas?

All I know is the Patriots have made me a [censored] load of money recently (well, except for that rigged colts game) and I'm pretty sure taking them to win by 80 over the jets would be +EV haha.

Interesting. Most non-Americans I know (my dad is from Australia, hence I have a lot of cousins over there) get really confused by "grid-iron" and it takes them a long time to understand it when they come out here. When I visited Australia, it took me only one game to get it down lol. I think Union sucks but I don't really understand that game. Figures.

And no, the spread I bet on was just FIVE, so friggin bad. The patriots had what? 165 penalty yards against them or something terrible like that? Way to go lucksack colts. "Oh look! It's 3rd and 34 for the patriots! Good thing when they turn it over to us we can just kick FG's all day!" God the referees MUST have been betting on the colts to beat the spread.

I actually think that this is one of the better versions EA has come out with in the last couple years. Last Years really sucked [censored].

As for the Running game, try quick hitting stuff like FB dives and powers, stuff that pops quick and hits for 4-5 yrds a carry.

You can also motion recievers behind the line of scrimage and use them as lead blockers for dives and blasts, makes for some pretty spectacular holes sometimes.
