Mod Loses Prop Bet, Won't Respond To Me

So on July 25th 2007 me and kyleb (moderator in Health & Fitness, and BBV4L) made a prop weight loss bet detailed below.

I have consistent PM's asking about progress along the way and us conversing. We agree that on the morning of October 1st our final weighin is to be PM'd to other party. I naturally PM him mine, then I have to wait 4 PM's and until 8:30 at night till I get this response:

Since then I have conversed a few times with him about baseball and have blatantly asked him a few times about it and he has either not responded or changed topics. He did mention on October 2nd (Tuesday) that he was waiting on epassporte transfer but at the latest it would be wednesday night. Still nothing.... I've sent PM's that I have saved and sent countless IM's and all I really care about is an update at least or a "hey [censored] you, i just won 5 figures betting sports, I'm not gonna pay said $200 prop bet"

I'm pissed because a) this was like a long term propbet and he knew the guidelines b) he wasn't around for weigh-in c) I was ready to pay right away if i lost said propbet d) I have to constantly hassle someone just to see what is up and e) the dude just won 5 figures on sports bets futures and he is dodging me for this i mean it only takes a second to deposit and transfer.

I'm just wanting some sort of explanation or anything for that matter. I was prepared to pay the day of the weigh-in and he did have 2 1/2 months to prepare for this, no?

I was just trying to get the FAT guy paid! I think he will get his 2 hundo now. I think interest should be added for the hassle though. 2 fiddy sounds about right. Can I get a second on that?
