Default 3/6NL. Trying to slow down superstacked LAG bully running good

Poker Stars, $3/$6 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 9 Players

Villain is CO and has been running roughshod over table, as stack shows. He is very aggressive, loose, but also a solid, dangerous player who has had some very good cards in last 60 mins to back up his aggro. With 63 hands data, VPIP=30%, PFR=19%.

Villain opens with std 4BB raise. He could have any pair, any A, any Broadway, any SC and K9s. Hero is SB, admittedly steaming a little and looking for payback after villain baby trips stacked his AK TPTK a few hands earlier. So he rebuys small and figures this hand is the type that if it hits would double him up and slow villain down, so he cold calls. Donk move?

Flop yields 9.5 outs (2 6's, 4 4's, 2 5's, + 1.5 for back-door flush). If he calls, pot would be laying (54+35+177)/177=1.5, which on the face is a clear laydown. The problem, however, is that with CO's range of hands, Hero's pair could be good, unless CO has pocket 7's or better.

So, what is Hero to do? Back down and stay away from table bully, or try and slow him down?

UTG+1: $214.25
UTG+2: $594.75
MP1: $103.70
MP2: $498
CO: $2,811.60
BTN: $139
Hero (SB): $236.30
BB: $657
UTG: $438

Pre-Flop: 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (SB)
5 folds, CO raises to $24, BTN folds, Hero calls $21, BB folds

Flop: ($54) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $35, CO raises to $2,787.60 and is All-In, Hero ...?

You are not deep enough to make the call preflop, and you are also OOP, difficult to play sc's well/profitably OOP

Intreesting... How deep should I have been to make the preflop call? And if I did, what's the play on the flop?

calling preflop depends on how good u are. given that u posted this hand, id probably advice u to never do it. 3bet it or fold.

Hero has 40 BBs, not nearly deep enough to 3bet it either

Unfortunately, I must agree! I moved up a level to see how I could fare against better players, and this hand is an example of why I am now moving back down to 2/4.

should be moving down multiple levels if money is this much a problem cuz this starting stack is barely more than a half buy at 2/4
