Man, didn't take long for someone to figure that out, ROFL. Done with intention, but didn't think someone would get it that fast.

Foxwoods in Connecticut is currently (always?) short of dealers. The competency of their floor personnel has been questioned in this forum - and I have seen players there questioning the ability of the floor, to other floor people themselves! The poker room is huge and non-smoking but smoke filters down from the casino above (my outer clothes typically smell strongly of smoke after 12 hr sessions).

I have several dealer friends. Most have been in the business for a well over a decade. Two have been dealing less than 2 years. They have made mention that the competition is pretty tough right now but if a dealer is good enough and has experience he/she will always have work. My advice would be to play at your local casinos and talk with the floor people and dealers. Try to find out whats avaliable. Just get your foot in the door somewhere and begin to perfect your craft. After you gain some experience then you can begin networking to find a better room, more tips and a better shift.

Wait a couple of decades, when people born ten years ago and raised on the Internet are the primary people playing, and want the fast error-free electronic tables.
