Playing with 2 overs.
10-20 typical game.
Do you guys call or sometimes raise with two overs such as AK with flops such as eight high. A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Four way action into the flop. Flop comes 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Do you only play if getting 7 to 1 or better? Also---same hand say 3players going to the flop and it's textured with something like 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] How would you go about this one? Thanks in advance M. |

Re: Playing with 2 overs.
Don't you think it depends on the preflop action, your position, and reads on the opponents?
If you do, then why didn't you mention those in the post? If you don't think it matters, then why doesn't it? |

Re: Playing with 2 overs.
Both raised preflop by the AK
1st hand UTG. Limpers come in late along with small blind. 2nd hand one limper from mid Raise by AK in late and BB calls. Play is typical. Nothing too fancy. |

Re: Playing with 2 overs.
I rarely raise with overcards, It has to be a situation where 1) I believe my Ace high has a decent chance of having the bettor beat and 2) I have a good chance of isolating him with my flop raise assuming other players are involved.
