Won't allow me to withdraw my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They asked me to wait 90 business days before making a withdrawal. WTF is that all about?

What's wrong with playing on Ultimate Bet? Also, cashed out twice there recently, once check my mail, once through epassporte and had no problems.
