Default Firefox and gmail help

I just switched to using firefox (I have version 2.0.0.4) and gmail's webmail to access e-mail for all my e-mail accounts.

However, gmail keeps giving me the message that I am not using a fully supported browser, which is clearly wrong: list of supported browsers

I have also been having problems with websites that should work fine in firefox - for example, my room mate last year had no trouble accessing www.usbank.com, but I can't get it to work at all.

Anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?

they are both enabled on the options menu. However, the error that I have been getting from USbank is that javascript is not enabled.

OOOKKKKK I figured it out.

When using user agent switcher to emulate the google crawler, gmail and some other websites don't work properly. As long as I am in default mode, it works great.

Thanks for the help
