Default NL50 - AQo facing 100BB shove preflop.

This was an interesting hand that came up just now, no stats on villain.

THe hand before this i raise pocket 7's and he shoved for 100BB, i instant folded. THis hand he does it again.

Titan No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25/$0.50BB (Titan HH Converter by Kreatief)

MP2 ($24.50)
MP3 ($72.45)
CO ($46.75) (Hero)
Button ($66.20)
SB ($53.25)
BB ($38.50)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
MP2 calls $0.50, <font color="#666666">1 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to 2.0</font>, <font color="#666666">1 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises All-In $53</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>,Hero?

I know there are better spots than this and calling here is high variance, but could this call be +ev in this spot?

Villain's first two hands at table? Worth considering for sure.

Villain get stacked three hands ago? Worth considering for sure?

Villain have quasi-normal stats and just happpen to do this twice in a row? Not really worth considering, IMO.

Have any other info for us?

If he's a shove monkey I call with AQ+. But it sounds like you have not been on the table long enough to know this for sure.

i fold again, however if he does it again and you have AJ+ 99+ I'm calling. Might even do it with A10

I don't think you have enough info on his likely range yet -He could have just had two premium hands in a row (albeit overplaying them).

I'm not gambling for 100BB with a somewhat marginal hand w/o a read. You've spent 2 dollars. Fold.
