yeah this seems fairly standard to me - i play it the same way like 75% of the time. he probably had a T or weak Q.

it's really frustrating though when it's one of those sessions where you never hit the flop and the cbet never works and then the opponent bets into you later... argh.

I agree. I think dbl barreling has its merits if the turn was the 2h instead.
