Someone please [censored] explain to me how CBS decides to show some random old movie instead of the New England game or the Buffalo game? (This is in Albany, NY.)

4 minutes in, Rich Gannon has referred to the Cardinals as "Phoenix" (nitty point perhaps) and Kevin Harlan has called the Bills defense "great" (not so nitty).

How? Fox can prevent them from showing this game? I don't get it.

I'm guessing Fox has the doubleheader, so if they can only show 1 CBS game it's going to be the Jets at 4.
