Default 2-4 HU DEEP w/ KK oop

Villain is Subconscious_1. In general he seems bad. I'm not used to HU stats, but he runs at about 63-50-1.7. He practically NEVER folds pf - and very very rarely when I 3-bet him. He got his stack by winning a couple of races. About 1 minute prior to this hand though, I raised AK otb, he 3-bet, and I 4-bet. He called. Flop came A-Q-3. He checked, I bet, and he cr-shoved, I called. He had A-9, and my hand held up. So as you can see he's not good: a) he flatted a 4-bet oop w/ A-9; and b) he shoved w/ top pair, when a lot of times i'd have KK or something and wouldn't be able to call - as if he doesn't know if he's bluffing or betting for value.

Anyway:

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $2/$4 Blinds - 2 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

Hero (BB): $962.00
SB: $1,153.50

Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB raises to $12.00</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $42.00</font>, SB calls $30.00

Flop: ($84) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $59.00</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $188.00</font>, Hero ??

I'm pretty sure flop play is an easy decision. But lets get the ball rolling here.

Isn't that just standard - I fold out worse and called by better though?

What if he has 66-TT? Aren't I losing a lot of value by raising? I mean his flop raise could be complete AIR too.

I mean he can only have 94 hands where he has a 5, shouldn't we wait for a better spot?

He's not firing a second barrel on this dry board. Basically a call and 3bet both rep the same range, so might as well do the one that makes you the most money.

So we're only getting it all in with trips or better on dry boards while playing HU poker?
